9.00 am - call shireen (client).bertanya pasal event on next saturday. asik ketawa sebab anak cina tu sgt kelakar sebenarnya.sempat paksa dia buat full payment or else aku takmo hand kunci room.shireen gelak besar n said 'u kan hana.nnt bila i tau u nak beli kereta dari toyota,i charge u mahal2 baru tau'.aku ketawa.onversation ended there.

9.30 am - call sorang lagi client. bertanya tentang event dia gak pada jumaat depan.disebabkan dia kedengaran tak sihat,aku memendekkan perbualan kerana tak mahu mengganggu (walaupun aku tak sempat mintak dia settlekan full payment)

9.37 - boss panggil dengan muka mencuka. aku wat bodo terus masuk opis

bos aku ( BA ) : tadi suami ** **** call i.dia kata u talking so rude to his wife

aku : ?..i rude? apa yang i cakap kat wife dia?

BA : dia kata u call pepagi pasal payment. tnya bila nak settlekan.dah tu u tnya wife dia dgn kasar bape orang la,mcm2 la.

aku : (dlm hati - ampeh!aku tak sempat mintak payment pun tadi)

BA : u suppose know the limit as the salesperson. yes, u should have passionate but the patient also!u can't just call client early morning and asking bout payment. maybe they got some problem to settle it.u should offer credit facilities to them.ni,u cakap apa dgn dia sampai dia kata u rude?i tak suka someone complaint my staff.u kena pandai tackle client.ni i baru bagi account utk 10 org je.kalau sok2 u handle event lagi besar mcm mana?

aku : (sumpah bengang!)sekarang ni kak,i didn't understand what he talking bout being rude to his wife. ekceli i just ask her if the event is confirm coz i'm trying to call his wife for thousands time yesterday,but no reply.i say nothing but the payment accept that i'm worried if she cancel it because they have paid deposit.

BA : (agak ok selepas mendengar cerita aku). u should know hana, not everyone can be salesperson. as i've mentioned u should have the patient. it's a way to ask client nicely and blablabla.

aku : (panas hati.sumpah aku takkan layan ko lagi pasni.)

10.30 am - keluar wat sales call dgn kak azzrin,singgah sarapan jap kat mcD pastu jumpa client lain gelak2.

today ( 22/11/2009) - aku da compile memacam aduan dari dari client yang mengadu kat bos aku, aku rude dgn wife dia.

1 - the client said budak f&b pun rude kat dia
2- disebabkan aku demam ari sabtu lepas aku mintak tolong my collague to tgk2 kan event dia.tapi the client kata taknak sebab collague aku tu susah nak bagi co-operation
3-dia menuduh seorang lagi collague aku bersikap sombong dan sentiasa tarik muka bila bertemu dengan dia
4-dia tak mengaku tambah participant untuk lunch pada hari semalam.

sekarang sape yang bermasalah encik oiii!!!!aku ke ko?

    hmmm... klu die ngan hana je ade masalah.. maybe leh nak kate hana kan.. tapi.. ngan sume orang die bermasalah.. terang2 le die yang ade masalah... haiihh... gaduh ape laki bini tu.. lepas kat orang lain... hadooii...

    hmm..dat's y la..so i mmg da bersumpah untuk blacklist kan nama dia dari list customer i.haha...pening kepala kalau layan dia lelama...sakit jiwa pun ye nnt..
